Start with one ball, the lightest one, and then move on to training with two: place the heavier ball at the bottom and the lighter one at the top. Once you have mastered Kegel exercises with the heavier balls, you can use them without the string and try to hold them in (which is quite challenging).

The effectiveness of exercises with our vaginal balls is due, among other factors, to the displacement of the Geisha Balls' centre of gravity. Thus, the balls tend to slide out, forcing the muscles to contract, providing unconscious training.

Gvibe Geisha Balls 3 are made of ABS plastic, a safe, hypoallergenic and non-porous material that is easy to clean and store. The string is made of soft, medical-grade silicone. Wash the balls with a toy cleaner before first use and after each training session. Always use a water-based lubricant during exercise.

Tips for use:

Use the vaginal balls for at least 15 to 30 minutes a day.

Even during daily activities, when using them, the muscles are naturally being trained.

Gradually increase the weight, moving from the lightest to the heaviest.

To remove the balls, relax your muscles and pull on the string.

When you have had enough training, try holding the ball without the string.

Continue to increase the weight as you progress.
