The realistic SP008 cylinder for L-size penises from Fröhle is made of solid polycarbonate and includes a connection piece at the top. It is anatomically shaped like a penis and also accommodates the testicles inside the cylinder. It is designed to be used in combination with a Fröhle vacuum pump (connection hose and pressure regulator included with the pump).
It also includes an interchangeable PVC sleeve for greater comfort and hygiene.
Using the penis pump creates a vacuum inside the cylinder, filling the penis with blood and promoting an erection – even in cases of erectile dysfunction. The penis can increase in length and girth, and with regular training, long-term improvements can be achieved.
