Delicate, black and transparent material!
Wide and loose top from Noir, made entirely of delicate, black and transparent tulle. Cold shoulder cape style with a choker-style neckline that is made of a wet look fabric. It has press studs on the front of the neckline. Asymmetrical cut: short at the front and open, the arms and back are covered.
Material: 95% polyester, 5% spandex.
