This striking black mini dress with long sleeves from Black Level is made of delicate lace (top) and shiny vinyl (skirt). It is soft and stretchy for a very comfortable fit. The skin-tight lace top also has a halter neck that ties at the back. It has a low-cut back. There is a 2-way zip at the back of the narrow skirt.

Material: 100% polyester, polyurethane coating; lace 98% polyamide, 2% spandex.
